The Garden City Ballet Company is a nonprofit corporation organized under Section 501 (c) (3) of the Internal Revenue Code of 1954. Garden City Ballet Company was granted this status in 1986. Contributions made to Garden City Ballet Company are deductible by donors in computing their taxable income in the manner and to the extent provided in section 170 of the Internal Revenue Code. This corporation does not contemplate pecuniary gain or profit for any member.
